Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and to ensure integrity for all customers, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have shipped, except in the cases below.

We will replace or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged or with broken/leaking vials.
  • The product is defective.

How to file a claim

Email info@wlc-america.com within [X] days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (for damage/wrong-item claims).

We'll review and respond within [X] business days. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Not eligible for return/refund

  • Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or tampered with (except defects covered above).
  • Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • Claims submitted after the [X]-day window.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship. Contact info@wlc-america.com as soon as possible — once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [X] business days. Bank/processor posting times may vary.
